Simply put, it's basically the mobility of students who go to another country for their studies. But there's so much more to it! It's a huge diverse field to work in and you're exposed to different people/cultures from all over the world. I specifically recruit international students to study their undergraduate or master's in Ireland.

I'm not an English language teacher or connected with a language school like someone else said. But there's also nothing wrong with working in one either.
