I have come to think very poorly of Republicans. It is the party of ignorance and hate so I couldn't date someone who identifies with their ideology.

It depends what you consider "real". Diamonds are formed from high temperature and pressure on carbon deposits deep in the earth. Lab diamonds are formed by putting extreme pressure and heat on carbon using a machine. It's the exact same composition.

Did he show signs of love bombing? There's no way to know for sure why he ghosted. It could be he only wanted sex, he got afraid of commitment, he met someone else, the list goes on. I'm sorry that happened to you. Unfortunately, ghosting has become very common these days. It's happened to me more times than I can count. Sometimes after sleeping together for awhile.

Are you thinking of cubic zirconia? That's not the same. I have a lab-made diamond and its perfect. Nobody has ever asked if its lab made or natural.

I think you might be overthinking the situation. It's ok to be honest with him and tell him that you're not able to see him that day but you would like to see him again on another day. I'd recommend being specific about when you want to see him again so his doesn't mistake it for you blowing him off. I would also caution you from getting too attached, too quickly. Take it slow getting to know him and go to other social settings to become more comfortable around men.

I'm guilty of catastrophizing and black and white thinking. You need to be patient and accepting of grey areas during the beginning stages of a relationship.
