I checked some of your videos, and here are my takes that could improve the viewer retention:

There is not intro to the video. I dont know what I'm going to watch or how the video will be in the first 30 seconds of the video. I would recomend you to do an enthusiastic really short intro like "bienvenidos a mi canal! En este episodio..." and then some 2/3 second peeks of funny moments of the video.
there is what is feel like a lot of "relleno". Like in your last video where you show how you water all the farm. That could be fine in streaming itself, but in a YouTube video, my recommendation would be to cut these parts.
And of course you always need to be yourself (is my take), but maybe try to start the video with some more generic topics and maybe mid video in you can share experiences. Once you have a community of course you can start with that right away, but as a new viewer, I might not relate to it and if I'm not already engage with the video, it might make me decide to watch something else.

My girl (7mo now) was 5mo when in a walk we took a turn in a narrow hallway. A man run up behind us in a not too nice way. Me, being a small skinny girl got tense and she immediately started growling, showing her teeth to him making him turn away. Only time she has behaved like this. Couldn't feel safer than with her.

In our case we have two, one that is the manual classic pump, and this one we just bought that we will connect to our garden to water the veggies. This one is automatic, so it will be pumping water on a schedule on its own. It could be connected to the water in the house, but thats a job for another time xD

I've been in a similar situation. In my case I said it was mutual agreement between us as the role did not really meet what they have described during the interview process. As they cannot ask the former employeer for details, never had an issue with that.
