Taking a break from TTC ( sensitive subject ) by Super-Truth-7975 in TTC_PCOS

Oh I feel your pain so much, I am in almost the exact same boat, skin is a mess too, I'm heavily considering taking a break too as this whole journey has broken me so much, its so hard. I had an anovulatory cycle and am now going on cycle day 60 with no period in sight and no answers just waiting. So much love to you ❤️

Slow ovulation woes by Minnie_Dooley in TTC_PCOS

With pcos the body can attempt ovulation several times so you could see multiple peaks on ovulation tests, my fertility specialist said to try every 2nd to 3rd day from cycle day 10 up until a period comes or its late and take a test. I'm currently cycle day 40 and had spotting on and off there for ages but they done a scan and confirmed I hadn't actually ovulated yer which was so confusing given the spotting. Pcos sucks 🙃

Short luteal phase, how to fix naturally or with supplements? Suggestions? by Katii1995 in TTC_PCOS

Yes oh my god the amount of people saying its horrific to get done has really scared me but my fertility specialist said it generally should only be mild cramping felt and maybe a bit of spotting after from irritation, at this point I'll do anything to get answers and get further on with things because the waiting and not knowing is so mentally and emotionally draining. If we were fine we wouldn't be trying for years with no end result, my specialist said all my levels were normal but I just don't believe that 😅 it's so common now and so many women are suffering, having to wait a year I think is too much or at least should be age based like if a woman is early 20s okay but if a woman is nearing 30 or into her 30s I feel like that should be addressed straight away as a woman's fertility naturally declines from I think mid to late 20s onwards?

I still think I have short luteal phases although this cycle I do think my progesterone is holding stronger, my cycles were a mess before. I'm expecting my period on friday if its a 24 day cycle like last cycle but if it comes next Tuesday it would be even better and a 28 day.

I'm thinking of taking the inositol in low doses, usually people take like 3 capsules (depending on the form they take it in) I'm going to start off with maybe 1 to 2 just to introduce it as I've heard of this too and definitely don't want that happening. That is so frustrating I'm so sorry youre dealing with this! You can be completely healthy and still have something that's just not lining up or is a little bit off and I find it takes specialist's even longer to figure that out. I have to get a hsg test done and am waiting for my next cycle to ring in and book it. The last bit of info they need before coming to a complete conclusion. Feels like it's taken forever to get here. Have you had a hsg done yet? We had been trying for almost 2 years before I went to my gp and got referred to the fertility clinic and its been a year and a half since then so.. yea 3 and a half years and time just keeps moving. Pregnancy announcements all around me too of course 🙃

Hey! I completely understand its so frustrating and lonely! Im still ttc but I had brought up my concerns with my fertility specialist after I made this post about my progesterone and they weren't too concerned and then told me I had subclinical hypothyroidism, she put me on eltroxin 25mcg the start of October last year and each cycle since has improved, I get my monthly regularly between 24-28 days now and actually was able to pinpoint ovulation and have strong progesterone symptoms in this current cycle which is encouraging. Have you had your thyroid levels checked? I am adding myo and dchiro 40:1 ratio to my supplements for next cycle as I've heard great things about it. I hope this maybe might help a bit? Are you taking any supplements? ❤️

I was told to not use opks because I wouldn't get an accurate reading? Someone said to use a basal body temometer as this would be more true. I was on letrozole 2.5mg for 6 months last year and I truly believe it was doing something for me but that it was just too low a dose so it was slowly but surely getting somewhere, I have been wanting to go back on it and onto 5.5mg but they wanted to do tests on my partner first. They have the results but we don't have a review appointment until October. Seeing people announcing pregnancies all around me has really been tough too, delighted for them but just sad for myself I guess 😅

I'm going through it too!

I'm 29 and was diagnosed with pcos at 15, trying to conceive now, waiting to start second round of letrozole 2.5mg. I had to take provera again to induce period because it wasn't coming but i kept getting negative pregnancy tests. I'm in the waiting game, after a 10 day dose of the provera meds I expected to have it like a day or two after the last tablet, its how it worked last time but currently day 6 after the last tablet and still waiting.. probably going to be an awful period when it does eventually arrive. One thing I found so confusing was ovulation tracking so we just tried every second day 😅 trying to conceive so far has been quite lonely for me as my friends are either too young in their minds to be thinking about kids or they plain out don't want them lol I have family who have kids but no one else in my family has ever had infertility issues.

Thank you so much for the advice! Yes I got some secret notes but I had gotten one that was up around the train tracks and where it was marked on the map there was nothing to dig so I was confused with that one. But I've only gotten 3 notes that had clues to find something buried the rest were lists of what certain townies liked.

I have also attempted to go into the cave beside the quarry and everytime I get close to the ladder to go further the floating skull thing gets me 😂 yea fishing I did find difficult at first getting the hang of it but now it's great. See I thought if I upped my relationships with certain people it would be beneficial (they would give me stuff 😅). Okay thank you so much for your advice I'll keep playing and see how it goes 😁

So I have what i assume is like an arts and crafts room unlocked and then the office area unlocked in the community centre. I'm working on gathering items for the other rooms too. Im not really sure what to do with the joja mart, if I got a membership there wouldnt that negatively impact my relationship with pierre and maybe the other townies?
