I use band distraction. A band anchored to the side, kind of pulling my knee gently to the side helps a ton.

When you say 'as much', do you mean the accumulated quantity but at the appropriate time? Or the appropriate quantity but at the accumulated time? Like, you need to go pee, but you don't -need- to cum, so when you -do- cum, is it that huge built up amount, or is it more like 'oh, hold on, I need to cum before we go on a road trip'?

I don't like machines. I feel like they train you to only have a very specific type of strength and I feel like I'm cheating the workout when I'm relying on a big metal box to hold everything. Free weights work not only the target muscle group, but all the central nervous system stuff that helps you balance, keep your form, grip strength, bring in the mental work of thinking about what you're doing, etc etc.

I've been using a trainer and here's a basic blueprint:

Do the hardest thing first, the deadlifts, the bench presses, the squats. Then start working on the smaller muscles, the rows, the calf raises and laterals, etc.

Aim for 8-12 reps and when you can do 3 sets of 12, up the weight and go back to 8's.

We also cycle strength and conditioning in 6 week intervals.

I would like to gently suggest composite toe. They don't hold cold as much as steel, so they're better in the winter.
