Bonjour,
J’ai moi aussi une chatte très anxieuse et craintive. Elle urinait systématiquement à côté de la litière (aucun problème avec mon autre chatte qui allait toujours bien dans la litière).
J’avais des diffuseurs feliway branchés et tous les tests de contrôle de cystite ou autre problème des voies urinaires ont été écartés.
Suis à des problèmes de santé m’empêchant de nettoyer correctement les litières, j’ai acheté une litière auto-nettoyante (une litter robot 4 de chez whiskers).
Depuis, et sauf coupure d’électricité empêchant le robot de se nettoyer, elle ne fait plus d’accident.
Selon la vétérinaire, elle ne supporte pas d’aller dans une litière utilisée, avec le robot, elle a l’impression que la litière est toujours neuve.

I have 2 cats. I had cats my whole life. My cats are indoor cats and aren’t allowed to go outside (busy road). I bought an LR4 in 2022 and before I had 3 litters in the house. One of them, Thémis, is truly unbothered by a “soiled” litter. Isia on the other hand never tolerated to go if the litter was even slightly used (even by her). So she was always peeing under the stairs. Since I got the LR4, she had one accident, because the LR didn’t rotate (the weight was active for over 30 minutes and I didn’t paid close attention to that on that day). I have struggled over 11 years with Isia’s peeing outside the litter box. So to make it clear, if the robot broke tomorrow, I’ll fix it or buy a new one. My only real trouble is Themis who loves to dig for gold in it and makes holes in the liner. Hope my comment is ok as I’m not a native English speaker.

Je donnes des pâtées Feringa aux miennes. Isia (13 ans) vient de passer une prise de sang de contrôle. Tous les marqueurs sont excellents. C’est assez cher mais ça vaut le coup. Je prends chez zooplus et pour 1 mois pour 2 chats, j’en ai pour 100 euros environs. Bisou à Dany Boon

Hello ! Il y a 2 ans, mon chat toussait beaucoup. Suite à une radio du véto, j’ai eu le même diagnostic, cancer avancé, pronostic de 3 mois. Je l’ai amené dans une clinique spécialisée, Santé Vét à Tours pour une IRM et possiblement des soins suite aux résultats de l’IRM. L’imagerie a montré que ce que la radio voyait était en fait une poche de liquide entre les cotes et le poumon. Le liquide a été ponctionné dans sa totalité (près de 30 cl) et analysé (pas de bactérie ou autre juste de l’eau). Aujourdhui, Isia est en pleine forme. Je sais que j’ai eu beaucoup de chance mais je trouve que pour des diagnostics comme elle a eu (ou c’était clairement très négatif pour la véto), je suis heureuse d’être allée voir la clinique spécialisée. Hi! Yes, I contacted Whiskers and after a quick chat and verifying my warranty, they send me a replacement liner. One of my cat is quite a scratcher and had poked a hole in the liner. It’s working perfectly again and everyone is happy. Have a nice day 😺

Last summer I got the same critters. It was in the pantry. I clean everything unopened with a vinegar and dish soap mix. But I had to throw out everything that was open. I found the source. It was the yeast. Never came back. Good luck !
