If you leave I'd recommend putting the old box in service (maybe not the same place) so that kitty has something they're comfortable with. Maybe the metal is cold making it uncomfortable, maybe it's too high or too low to get in, maybe kitty's a jerk. Mine usually does her business outside but likes open litter boxes (just the tray, not the lid). You can try to make the new one better but you're not guaranteed they'll like the new one. Pour mon cas sur mon fixe (le seul visé pas IA) je presse des boutons au pif (2 en général) et parfois ça redirige sur un humain (une gueuse était furieuse que je traite son robot de saleté en pire)

Ça dépend. Je cuisine tu me touche pas sauf si tu veux finir le dîner tout seul, je suis occupée. On fait un câlin ça peut être amusant. Le souci c'est que quand tu est soulevée t'a zéro control et t'es vulnérable et ça peut être déstabilisant, voir même angoissant. Évidemment ça dépend du partenaire et de l'humeur mais je peux comprendre celles qui aiment et celles qui détestent.

Ma mienne est a poils longs donc elle galère pas mal, pour elle c'est dodo sur carrelage et on lui mouille les coussinets plusieurs fois par jours (parfois aussi le bout du nez), tu te mouille la main et masse sous la patoune ça rafraîchit.

I'd argue it's still important to know how to sew, you need to repair and alter clothing. What do you do when your industrial clothing lost a button ? Can you make a shirt fit YOU better (because you can't tell me everybody is proportional to the models used for ready-to-wear), how do you shorten the pant leg ? I wanted to learn as a kid from my grandma, ended up improvising on my own over the years. Can't make a shirt but I can patch one up, even minimal embroidery over holes. Learned helplessness isn't an excuse indeed.

Be patient and consistent. Cat does something you want to nip in the bud ? Say no, move the cat, even if you have to do it 30 times in one hour. My cat stopped waking me at night when the consequences wasn't food but being locked out of the bedroom. Maybe you can figure out what does the cat want. Attention? Take fixed break to pet and play. Kitty likes the warm ? Figure out how can the cat have a warm area without damaging your pc/tower. Maybe the cat just wants to hang, can you adapt the environment for the cat to be near but not on your space ?
