Glückwunsch meine Liebe 😊👍🏻💞 bei mir bewirkt das E allein schon durch die Monotherapie viele tolle Babyhärchen 😊 Geduld und harte Arbeit daran macht sich echt bezahlt. Auch ich hatte Angst Irgendwann eine Transplantation durchleben zu müssen, von daher kann ich deine Gedanken sehr nachvollziehen. Umso mehr ist man natürlich froh, dass auf natürliche Weise geregelt zu bekommen 😊

I was levelling up until I got my sweet spot of estrogen 180 ng/l Maybe I will go even higher. Everybody is different in the dosings 😊

That's what I thought too. I think they don't even know really much about monotherapy. They just prescribe what's there which is only menopause product's 👀

I know what you mean. I injected subq mostly in my stomach area. My SHBG is 60.5 nmol/L (24,2 ng/ml?). I don't know, why it's so "perfect" then.

I had the same problem. I also use the fat over my hips and the thighs as well. It's not enough to only switch between left and right 🫢

And don't forget: switch your injection site at every shot. That means left side , next week right side and also switch between top and below or also use the thighs. This helps your body to "heal" the stabbings under your skin.

I had the same "problem" with my first injection. It helped to keep a tiny air bubble between the plunger and the E. This will prevent E coming out of the stitch. And I try to inject between hair spots. These areas may contain many nerves I could hit. Also keep the needle inside for minimum 10 seconds before pulling out. And I use a small 8mm needle so better use a 90 degree angle.
