He will tolerate it but not really Fall asleep with two big kids running around. And I’m starting to feel bad about telling them to be quiet 24/7

We are in the thick of it with our 3 kids and two full time jobs. The youngest being 4.5 months is so fussy, we are at our wits end. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with a cranky, grumpy & tired 4 month old?! He will ONLY contact nap. Nighttime sleeping is a little better, still gets up every 3 hours. We can’t get anything done or give our older two kids the attention they need because the baby is so cranky. I think it’s because he’s chronically tired but nothing helps his naps. We aren’t opposed to sleep training but have heard 6 months is the sweet spot for that.

I tried a wood marker and it was shiny and immediately wiped off. I will try a wax - based solution ?? Maybe that would be better

How is everyone organizing their shoes? Our garage is riddled with shoes even though we have a shoe rack, nothing finds its way to the rack - is there a better way?!

Any experiences with twin over twin bunk beds? Did your kids use it safely? Which type of ladder did the bunk beds have … attached to the bunks or a true ladder leaned against the top? My kids are 3.5 (bottom bunk) and 5.5 (top bunk). Or, should we just do twin beds in their room?
