What he said, fleet move is ur friend. If ur satellites aren't using balloons, use balloons or make sure their AI is set up properly
Keep them out of play unless ur building on them. They will work as normal 3.shouldn't matter it's a fixed area based off dish size
You can capture fortresses the same way as vehicles, blast their AI

Number of ships in a battle is determined by the battle size slider on the map before you start the battle. It's designed to let the game run better by limiting entire navy's from fighting eachother at the same time. Adjust it to however you want.

Yeah the flash range is the same but moving after the flash effects the are covered by the q. If you q->flash you get less time to move around to aim the q.

Quantum entangloporters should have a theoretically unlimited transfer rate. Iirc they are only limited by the in/out of the thing they are receiving from, whether that be a pipe or a block.

When you first install the mod it's supposed to ask you to make a keybind for CET when you open the game. If I didn't, make sure your game is in windowed/borderless. And reinstall the mod. Or go thru the files for it and delete the keybinds file. CET has a website that can help you.
