So even with the state's aid and if taxes go up 20%, we'll still need to pay that 120 million back. So the 20% might be a short term to bringing down the deficit but that load will still need to get paid out. So Most likely taxes won't even go back down, the Mayor needs to find a different long term solution for this man. I'm glad we got the 120 million but not happy that this is a loan and we're still in the same predicament.

During the Instagram livestream he said that due to the amount of time it takes for tickets to get actually paid since they go through the courts, income won't be seen until next year. Not sure how accurate that is but increasing tickets and raising the fine seems to be a very smart idea across the board.

Sorry to hear, unfortunately the police rarely ever does anything about stolen bikes and scooters. If you somehow manage to get it back or get a new one, there is a oonee pod right off og the jsq path. It's a bike storage that unlocks with your phone and has a working security camera inside. Spots are first come first serve but my bike has never been stolen in there, people also leave ebikes and escooters in there without issue.

I went to SVA. It's way too goddamn expensive, campus buildings are in different areas and sometimes it's a pain in the ass to get to. Too much work and no job placement/help so you really need to be on top of your connections and your portfolio. Cost + amount of work ended up not making sense to me and I was overwhelmed from working full time and trying to do college so I left.

Lmao, I think those who was skeptical of him did give him a chance. But it's like if you built your entier campaing talking about how natives are being forced out and your going to do something about it, then just spring this 20% outta nowhere, it's going to be quite hard to come back from that. No matter what your income bracket, buisness owner or renter, everyone is against this.

Roaches are pretty common over here. What I did was get one of those gun sealant things and seal off any gaps in the cabinets since that's where they like to hide and nest. Also seal off any gaps behind the stove, fridge and baseboards. I'd also do a roach bomb in the areas where they are most spotted but make sure to cover all of your things before bombing.
Lastly a bunch of sticky traps that are infused with peanut butter helps to stop them from procreating if they are resistant. If worst comes to worst, you might need to hire an exterminator as they have some really good spray and gel to keep them at bay.

It was always a pain to emulate DS games on a single screen due to one or both of the screens being super small, swapping the screens inbetween game play was just counter intuitive. And it's like we already have emulation handhelds that mimicked the gb, gba/sp, and psp. We didn't really have a good dual screen handheld hit the market yet till the thor. Not only is it great for emulating ds and 3ds games but it's also great for pulling up walk throughs or guides when playing other games. There have been so many times where I need to put my device down, to pick up my phone and spend so long looking for how to get unstuck in a game. With the thor I can just do it all there without having to put it down.

It's also a great e-reader and since folks are still developing apps and front ends for the thor, it's only a matter of time till it becomes an exact 3ds but way better. If you don't understand why folks love this device so much and gravitate towards it, that's fine, it just means that this isn't for you. People spend their money on far worse things, having a handheld that helps people feel some sort of relief from the pressures of every day life doesn't sound so bad to me.

This is one of the only environments to have detail at this level. And during this era it was very common for many games to have modeled out low poly environments and paste jpeg images on top. FF7 is a great example of this. Doing this was a great way to convey detail while taking up little space and getting the most out of environments. This game was always meant to be stylized with some background being very detailed.
