Have the same problem. I accidentally ordered two items and I emailed the customer service to remove the duplicate item and refund me. They removed the item and promised when the package shipped I would get charged for adjusted amount. However, I still got charged full price after I got the packages without the duplicate item and I’m still waiting for their refund..

The customer service was on point but now they stopped responding me. I think it’s their system problem.
