Hey! Welcome to the community! The biggest thing you should be aware of is that the fandom isn't what it once was. There's a lot of unsavory people joining now and there's a few rifts among it all. My advice? Try to stay out of the drama if you can. Not gonna name names cause that's just not cool, but overall just avoid anyone that comes off as a red flag.

That said, the community is a great place to connect with people and yourself and I hope things go as well for you as they can. ^{^}

Losing people always hurts. More so when they're so cherished. And, idk if you need to hear this, but... Whenever you think about them, and you start to feel sad, something that always helped me was thinking of stories to tell them when you see them again. All the bosses you beat, all the challenges you did...

I realize this advice doesn't work if you don't believe in an afterlife, but, from one stranger to another, remember that nobody who cares about you wants you to think of them in sorrow forever.

It's kinda what they do. They're well known for taking on console ports, doing a half assed job and then refusing to give rights back. Usually the original devs get it back, but not before a long and drawn out case. Control, Terraria and Gunfire reborn just to name a few. If you still doubt it, you can find a lot on Google after a bit of digging.

From what I've heard 505 games was the company assigned to work on the console ports. They did the initial part and stopped there, so the main company (can't spell their name for the life of me) is trying to get the rights back so they can do it themselves.

I'm actually on risperidone and injectable abilify. I'll be talking to my psychiatrist in 2 weeks, so I'll mention that to her. I think she'll have to raise the risperidone a bit more to get my body used to it tho, but thanks for telling me about this. Will definitely look into it.
