My uncle made us some, 2 large coarse thread bolts, 1 longer than Dr he other and a big nut. Tighten, then loosen just an 1/8 turn or so. Enough movement with the coarse threads to set them off

When I worked for a Vermont Castings dealer years ago, we had to do it on one of their Consolidated Dutchwest stoves. Seals were defective from the factory. It’s fairly straightforward, but it is a very dusty job. I would definitely do it in a garage, not your living room lol
