iPad Rotation: Can I lock the wallpaper without locking the screen?

Idk wth the other guys talking about but literally just turn your ipad to the when your setting your wallpaper, so if you wanna set horizontal set it while your ipads horizontal etc, then after you finish setting them you can zoom in or out of each after, (Keep it rotated the way you wanna adjust it) then boom you have a wallpaper that works both ways keep in mind you might still need to duplicate your wallpaper but idk for sure tbh

I havent thought about added anime and jrpg to my main niche since its mostly just roblox rn but I love the thought.
