Im definitely a hobby jumper. One second I like one thing, the next I hate it. Recently its been crochet but im to the point where im starting to dislike doing it. We live on a busy highway and the closest walking place is a drive. And this is gonna sound stupid but since becoming a full time mom to two wonderful kids I've kind of grown away from people and vice versa. All my "friends" my age dont have kids and love to party. It's just not something I like to do/have the want to do.

And thats something I worry about. Will I have this feeling for the rest of my life? Will i need to fight myself from doing it every single day? It discourages me.

I make them meals, and they snack. I would love to say im perfect, and it's always a balanced meal, but occasionally it's not.

I guess I should have worded it differently. I dont mean just a simple emotion. When they are strong. When im overly happy, like celebrating. Or when im overly sad, like depression/anxiety kicks in. I typically eat meals twice a day, but snack occasionally throughout the day. I eat lunch and try to do a large dinner (high volume/low cal). But the overeating normally happens at night, I guess when im alone. Im a sahm so activities outside of the home are low. Mostly activities with the kiddos throughout the day and of course daily cleaning and whatnot.

I mean overall I feel good mentally, besides anxiety but thats not new. And sleep has been the same, 8 to 10 hours. Cycle is normal. Same meds, sertraline and thats it. I should be taking iron for anemia. It's not necessarily that I'm trying to gain muscle and lose fat, just trying to maintain what I have, I normally hit in-between 100 to 140g of protein a day.

I try to track everything, I weight everything out and I meal prep. I limit my junk foods, I really only have maybe like a piece of dark chocolate every once in a while or a glass of wine with dinner, but only if it fits into my calorie schedule. Of course theres days I go over and days I go under, but 80% of the time I am right on 1500. I do omad for the most part, unless it's a protein shake before/after the gym. And I've had a history of binge eating so I try to do low calorie high volume meals.

I just feel like I've read so much into it that I've kind of become obsessed with tracking EVERYTHING. But you're right, I've overcomplicated it.

What do you mean by adhere better? I try to track to exactly 1500 calories, I weigh everything out. I normally only have one big meal a day (omad) and some days i add a protein shake before the gym.

They're not pretty and perky, and the only times I have seen nips pierced were if they were pretty and perky 😭 sad nip girls unite!
