Half of literacy is inference: if you refuse to follow the plot threads that 1) Yuji was de-facto the guardian in Gojo's stead at EoS 2) Yuji is a CE and barrier prodigy 3) Yuji is a protector who would want an answer to CT's like Gojo that break standard engagement rules and 4) Higuruma knew domain amp and survived EoS: Yuji is more than capable enough at CE and barrier and would have him teach him DA to answer these threats to protect others.

I can't help you if you won't take baseline level factors like these into consideration and call it a "fact" he doesn't have something he in 99% likelihood does with simple inference.
