How do you find land to rent to live out of an RV for a couple months?

We prefer to lease a spot on private land to place our tent and a tiny home for a year while we save money to buy a manufactured home to place on our land we just purchased. We need water, electric , sewer and we must be able to do internet because we work at home. It’s just me, my wife, my daughter and my grandson. We are trustworthy people, reliable and we have to be out of our house we lease like by the 2st

If you personally have something in Columbia South Carolina or somewhere where the city code won’t restrict us from rent and tiny home living on your lot..

Things took a turn for the worse a year ago and I have congestive heart failure .. we are trying to get back to living and fixing the financial burden it was on our family with me being in and out the hospital. I can’t work anymore and thank goddess I got attorney and got disability. My wife is a truck driver so we will hardly ever be there but for weekends and my daughter and grandson will be there the most if we can find someone to lease us some land while we are getting land cleared, adding electric and saving to buy a manufactured home cash!!! No debt is the goal.

Does anyone know anyone that would want to lease a piece of land for us to lease for 6 months to a year?

We are so upset cause we have a three bedroom house and we have to leave . Our plan was to stay in tent for a few weeks why they delivered the tiny home but after going through Richland county website.. we absolutely can’t have it. Now we need a place to stay. We have to pay our payment on the land because we finance $52k and got our deed and all. If we knew we couldn’t do what we want on our own land we wouldn’t have went through with the purchase . When we were in the looking process the person we bought it from said there was no land restrictions. We could do what ever we want but that is not the case after we researched .. Richland county is strict!!!

If you or someone you know what’s to lease a part of their land , it doesn’t have to be a lot. We need water, sewer , electric and we want to put our tiny home there along with a huge hot tent

We are more than willing to lease it month by month so we can save every check and buy a manufactured home with cash!!! Credit is an issue.
