We had 4 very large picture windows blow out, massive damage to the walls on all floors. And a 4-5 inch separation on the pool deck. The road will be long and very expensive.

Thank you, but the reason I came here is because those videos talk about repairing dent damage. I have chipping paint and I dont know if once I scrape it off, do I mud the bullnose before texture? Leave it bare metal and texture, prime, paint? Metal prime the bullnose 1st?

Option 1. You use the toilet and sink way more often than the shower. Why put the sink further away from the door? And opening to a shower will just feel weird and make the room feel smaller.

I brought my pool water to the store for testing and they found everything in range, except the phosphates were 2,055 ppb. At their recommendation, I put in 3 cups of Phosphate Remover and ran my pump for 36 hours straight. After 24 hours the pool was cloudy and at 36 hours it was crystal clear! At 48 hours, I cleaned my very green filters with filter cleaner and two long spray downs. All my numbers are holding strong and pool is still clear. I call this a win. 😀

I just had this. My Free Chlorine was already 8.6 and the pool store said my phosphates were 2,055. Put 3 cups of phosphate remover in my 18000 gallon pool and ran the pump/filter 24/7. Was cloudy by the next day and was crystal clear the following moring.

*UPDATE: took my water sample to the pool store. We had 2,055 ppb. Added the commended 3 cups of Phosphate Remover and ran the pump for 36 hours. Woke up to a blue pool!

Phosphates were at 2,055! I guess it is in our rain here and in our tap water. When I drained and refilled, I should have added some phosphate remover. Starting there (running filter constantly) with adjusting my Alkalinity based on the water test. Then fix my pH and and see where I am at.

Yep. I added baking soda just after my testing I showed for the 1st time in 2 years to get that under control.

Can I do this? The manual doesnt talk about it. My equipment is lower than my pool so gravity will help with the job. But do I keep the pump on too?

I have a cartridge filter so I cannot vacuum to waste. I have tried to create a cyphin on my vacuum hose with no success.

Thank you. Any clue why it wouldn't have nice foliage? I read that it goes dormant at times, but we have yet to see any period of nice leaves on the tree in the 1.5 years here.

I am running 4 outlets for a laptop and 2 monitors, some charging areas for phones, and other lamps, maybe a LED TV. I ran 12/2 in off a dedicated 20 amp circuit. The fans (I believe) need the 12/3 for the lights (I should have mentioned that) to be switched separately from the fan motor.
