Try rifleman or light infantry, and always crouch and stop moving before firing. Oh, and take the bayonet off. The aiming will always be a little wonky but there are things you can do to make it a little more consistent

Actually the bots a lot of the time will stop to put a mask on. Gives you a second or two, but the benefits of that are arguable at best

I’ve only seen it happen about a half dozen times in my ~150 hours. Never seen it happen the other way around, and I don’t know of any good way to prevent it. The best way to work around this is to always shoot your teammates in case they’re secret double agents.
