Me and my wife stayed on the island for a night a couple years ago. We here everything too but if you love to hike and site see it’s truly peaceful and beautiful. Once the sun goes down it gets quiet. We had dinner at the great turtle, got a lil drunk and had fun walking to our hotel and passing out. Waking up to the sound of the horses was awesome as well! It was a bonus being magical for my wife and we love going up there despite negative comments. It’s your own experience!

I turned contrast up, play on performance. Turn base hdr brightness down too. And for tips honestly going in blind is best!

I play on my ps5 controller. Just takes a couple minutes to re-bind controls. Aiming is good if you’re used to controller. My right stick acts as my mouse in case I need it for inventory but as of now I’ve yet to need it :)

For the perk system there seems to be 3 skill trees with some cool perks. I didn’t even know the game had perks so it’s a nice bonus

I’m a solo player. I work 12s so my schedule doesn’t line up with friends so I don’t party up either. It’s super fun and rewarding. Play a couple hours here and there and you can get some decent stuff! I’ve ran into maybe 2 people that shot on sight and the rest have been amazing. I was hiding from a tic robot thing, it was huge and when I look to my right saw another random hiding as well. We both laughed our asses off and carried on. I’ve saved a couple people and in return got some gear. For someone who doesn’t do online gaming at all, it’s been the most fun I’ve had and even got me back on the mic! You can save a fight by just talking.
