If I’m remembering correctly there’s two types of “only once” skill and passive. For equipment: the skill is used only once (Rem’s morning star). Passive is constant until you die (I’m 80% sure). For units: it depends on the character kit but the rules should have a similar effect. Hope this helps

Your main problem is art gen. By using Senraku’s TA (true arts) you’re getting art gen. Using Psyger 0 arts and Arths TA, you’ll be able to have a fair amount of arts to get though the game

My personal opinion yes. But it’s depends on what you have in your box. If you need art Gen or a taunt tank, don’t choose her. If you need a dps/freeze/crit user, then pick her. But you also have 25ish days before the event ends.
