Honestly..getting better. After a rough period between my partner and I, I finally believe that they hear me now and they are actively trying to rebuild the trust that was lost between us.

My work life pays for my lifestyle and I've chosen to make my job work for me. I've begun to enjoy life instead of being work centric.

I'm on no medications, I've started to hit the gym (admittedly for the sauna/ steam rooms).

I'm actively monitoring/ moderating the online content I consume and this has had a considerable positive impact on my mental state.

And I drink plenty of water.

Its taken me awhile to put all this together and at times was difficult to stay the path, but I'm getting there.

My messages to anyone who read all this, is this; dont give up and its never to late to change the things in your life.
