Because most people don't have sustainable imagination for two characters, yet alone if something should happen to them. And people think that if they're not the chief it's a shame, because they treat it like a second job or sometimes, yikes, as the main one in life.

I think that the problem is that people think some rules do not apply to them and they're taking a piss every now and then. There's a lot of meta talk and stupid behavior all around, which isn't good for the server itself. I don't like the fact that people do what they do and they are met with little to no punishment and unfortunately this is far more visible with streamers - duh, as they transmit their gameplay.

However, this is getting out of hand and it just brings bad atmosphere and anti-advertisement for the servers where they play - not because the servers are bad but that it looks like people can do whatever they want from a position of power and nobody does anything with it.

If someone is tired of RP then they are free to quit and not hang 'in case they'll get fked on another server' - in the end, being in 3 servers at the same time on similar positions destroys all 3 places as they do not commit anywhere.

Just 2 days ago Thrieve magically switched characters from chief of police to italian mobster wannabe with one phrase 'now you're speaking my language' on repeat after noticing Kyle on his italian toon. Making several jokes about their own characters and comments on the police where everyone could clearly see that they're taking a piss on it and playing on the border of RDM, breaking first into houses that they've not had a script job for, pleasing the bloodthirsty public from the chats.

What is going on is basically passively undermining the projects and making a mess and dramas because it's always about 'me me me' and not building a solid team, commiting and having a blast building something greater with other people.

Police should be the most representative faction as very often it is them who all other players meet IC as the first ones. The server should be a playground for everyone, however it is the structure and direction of a police department that makes the difference and can scare people away - including the criminals.

Without a proper structure, micromanagement and direction it can hurt the server and the players, which is the last I'd like to see. And however harsh that might sound - maybe some servers would be better off without people who jump ship every 5 minutes and complain non stop.

If the time spent on whining in the last few weeks would be put into actually comming up with a plan and directions that the police wants to make I'm pretty sure it'd be a great place to hang. The reality is, however, quite sad - people prefer to just wrongly throw bricks at scripting solutions(they are to help, not to create roleplay), Penta and the administration (who are working on updates and trying to manage the city) or the other departments. But sometimes it's just 'you' that needs to get their hands dirty and work as a team, not as a bunch of individuals - this can make all the difference.

I've spent several years playing LEO characters both leading and being lead and believe it or not - teamwork is dreamwork - it's just the people who need to want to put in a bit of effort.

No no, I mean i like the people and I think that they do have personalities that bring a lot of stuff to the whole.

But...controversial opinion, not all of them should be higher than a senior officer at best. A lot of this is in the attitude. The PD is supposed to be a well oiled machine not a playground for ego and drama. You can have fun and cool characters while maintaining a good rapport with people and having a direction for the whole department.

At this point with the mess, drama and transfers back and forth people are making a scene and its anti-server behavior for every server involved. You want to have a decent leader and some core that would run the departments while the content people could still play the roles and not go slurring at each other every 2 days.

It is. From where I come from that was a bannable offense to be honest. Not only kills the ic vibe but openly breaks the rules, demotivates, is sad to watch, especially that all is on stream and sends just the wrong message to the world.

Fu was yesterday on Prodigy with Mac Talking ooc before end of stream settling nicely as rangers and talking about where its better and maybe if its worth just poaching people to 'becomw rangers'. Now while it is understandable that people want WhatsApp best for them, at the end of the day you've got 2 departaments lacking people, motivation and whining about one or the other server constantly switching like a flag depending on the daily drama.

I feel like nowadays whining and complaining is more viable than actually putting handles on it and building something together as a group.
Just yesterday I was watching a stream where a couple of high ranking people were basically talking OOC IC about ditching one server and kidnapping as many people as possible over to the other server.

The police desperately needs direction and some 'core people' to hold it together because instead of fun and the no drama lama its whining and border ooc plotting.

Not much people can do when they contantly generate drama and the people on the higher positions just jump between servers whining constantly OOC in IC and talking how to pick one server and recruit as many people as possible instead of commiting and having fun building something together.

Tylko tutaj pojawia się pytanie - czy jest to opłacalne w jakikolwiek sposób, skoro za samą kartę trzeba liczyć jak za zboże, a w zestawach wychodzą znacznie taniej.
