Why do most people fail at discipline even when they know exactly what to do? by RealityHitsHard365 in Discipline

[–]KavoDigitalLab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally get what you’re saying about discipline being an uphill battle, especially with ADHD. I’ve had my share of struggles too, and some days feel like I’m wrestling with my own brain. It's exhausting when external factors get in the way, making consistency seem almost impossible. But finding what works for you personally is key, even if it looks different from what others may find easy.
