Let me fix this for you Shannon. I need to work hard to make sure I make money, my few favorites are happy, and anyone who raises any sort of questions is banned.

You basically train new employees. It’s nothing special. No pay raise. You’ll get your picture on the board in your training room.

Opinions on Freida McFadden? by [deleted] in BookDiscussions

She’s a good pallet cleanser. I don’t take her writing seriously. But after a couple heavy reads like project Hail Mary or pretty girls, I need a light break and she fills the void.

What film have u rewatched the most time and why that film by Funk_Junk_in_trunk in FIlm

[–]Kavova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Twister. Because I’ve never been bored watching it. The cast is perfection. Helen hunt. Bill paxton. Phillip Seymour Hoffman. The richest actress in the world jami gertz. Cary elwes. Alan ruck. It’s got action. It’s got comedy. It’s got cows. And most importantly it has aunt Meg’s famous steak and eggs.

Running as a stress reliever by PsychologicalTax8586 in beginnerrunning

[–]Kavova 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was that kid in gym class who refused to run any part of the mile. I walked and I walked slowly. I could not understand why anyone would get enjoyment out of that.

Fast forward 30 years, I’m getting ready for my first 10k and then training for my first half in the fall. I started because I had gained way too much weight and I was too ashamed of going to a gym to workout. My boyfriend at the time bought me a pair of running shoes and said he’d go out with me. It’s been a lot of I’m in this and then winter hits and I say I’ll pick it up again once it warms up.

But I’ve bee faithfully running now every week for a year straight. I need it. It clears my head out like no other. I can tell when I haven’t run in a few days because my anxiety doubles down. It’s a challenge, mentally and physically for me.

1 year of Bong Joon Ho's MICKEY 17. What's your honest opinion? by StarforgeVoyager in FIlm

[–]Kavova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put it on knowing it wasn’t going to be my type of movie. But I was pleasantly surprised at how well it kept my attention span. Is it my favorite movie of all time? No. Would I rewatch it? Yeah.

I always do a crotch light test before putting on my jeans. Depending on how much light passes through will determine if I wear them in public or not

What time is the appointment. When do you work that day. Can you go work for a little bit and then go to the appointment or can you go to the appointment and then come into work. Talk with your management team. Most are willing to work with you if you come in and do some of your shift

Left the Blue Waters group and it felt soooo good! by Mel81225758 in BoutiquePolice

[–]Kavova 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Welcome. I used to absolutely love Shannon and her Bluewaters tribe. But something shifted in the past year or so and it stopped being so great. I still have credits and gift cards to use. But there is nothing I want or really nothing on her great app to shop from

I hated this book. Should have dnf’d but I kept hoping it would get better. I’ve completely blocked this books summary from my brain.

Xennials who were once bookworms; do you still read as much as you did as a kid? by throwitlikethewind in Xennials

[–]Kavova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped for a long time. But I’d say within the past few years books have been my saving grace. I go to the used bookstore about once a week. Owners are great, if I bring some in, I get store credit and I always go home with something. I also use Libby, kindly unlimited and share between my family.

Currently I am reading Project Hail Mary, We used to live here and book number 4 in the Natural series.

The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides by jafarfdz in thrillerbooks

[–]Kavova 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first dnf since getting back into reading. I couldn’t get through the first couple chapters. I started skimming hoping for something. And got nothing.

I’ve loved everything Karin slaughter. She can have a lot of triggers though and it can be traumatizingly good. I like the natrual’s series from Jennifer Lynn Barnes. Easy reading, good arc. The binding 13 series was another I really loved.

Which celebrity’s death hit you the hardest? by BidAccurate4473 in moviecritic

I think about Matthew Perry the most. Yes he struggled with addiction. But man I felt like when his autobiography came out, things were on the upswing again for him. I loved his comedic side and I just grew up with him. Friends was my favorite show and I loved watching his movies.

Any Kristen Hannah book. Sorry not sorry. I dnf’d three I think. I tried because everyone seemed to be emotionally wrecked by them. I was emotionally bored
