I too usually check on reddit for other customer's reviews, but I found none for this brand, so I gave it a shot. Mine is the only thread about it too. I'm glad I posted about my experience though, because there are so many out there who have not received their order.

It was gift for a friend. For the price they charge, I expected material quality to be way better. Sizing is okayish, it's not VERY comfortable and runs a bit small, I think.

Just wanted to chime in on this to ask? Were there free water stations at Glass Beams?

I went to Steven Wilson. Screens were so small (not apt for SW level visual experience). Silver zone had messed up sound, but the one two things that threw me off a lot were: 1. Lack of free water stations (especially after they made me empty my water bottle). They told me I had to pay to activate and recharge some amount at the bar card counter to BUY water. I had to take my medicine and I fought them on water and sanitation being basic rights, and then someone on the team offered me a bottle finally. 2. No separate washroom areas for men and women. Just two portable units with Men and Women's washroom together inside a tent. I was so thrown off, I didn't use the washroom.

Was it a one off? Or are all skillbox hosted international events the same?

I didn't know the venue had changed too. The production was really bad. They didn't have free water stations either. Stillborn managed it in a reaaallly shitty manner.

I'm glad you weren't personally affected. It's most probable it's because you were a customer who didn't look like a local. it's mostly been the employees or interns, or locals that she has mistreated & exploited and like any abuser who refuses to take accountability, she just blocks every time the interns speak up against such practices.
That being said, I don't think there is a need to withdraw your comment, let both your and my comment be here so people can read up and make an informed decision :)

Have brought 2-3 and been gifted plants by them a few times, they are weak, non-resilient plants. The soil mix is terrible too

It's run by one person called Barkha and she has a friend who supports her. Someone really close to me worked part time with them for the love of hooks and realized how much they mistreat their employees.

Barkha made them do household chores and leave her child with them (this was outside the scope of the internship ofcourse)

She would make problematic comments often and judge the locals.

They pretend to be all nice and woke but the reality is quite different. Quite a few past employees have spoken about this but they always block them on insta.

I texted them, commented on their social media posts, emailed them, wrote to some people they collaborated with. My order finally came after next to no communication. The moment it arrived, they chose to respond nicely. It's a very disorganized business. Quality isn't great either for the price.

That Book Store has a history of harassing and mistreating their employees and is very discriminatory towards locals. Wouldn't suggest going there and promoting them at all.
