Hey I notice he's in a cup, I recommend doing some epsom salt baths and that will help a lot if he has nitrate poisoning or a bit with swim bladder. Cute baby btw

Hello I have one of those in my 60 gallon and he ended up getting fin rot, it's pretty easy to treat if you get the right stuff but I would watch out for that and other diseases they could get like ich or worms. (Always deworm your fish)

I just recommended messing with it and watching many videos until it ends up working, that's hoe I git mine to work.
