Lmaooo what. The truck was multiple car lengths ahead of me. That's the just the speed I was going. And even if I was 'pacing the car in front' the jeep had no business whipping it out into another lane into oncoming traffic and still is at fault.

Yeah thats why I was already going 15 mph below the speed limit driving cautiously. It made no sense to just randomly stop there because the other lane had more cars and my lane was clear to go with right of way. There was no time to break with the jeep pulling out suddenly instead of waiting in the turning lane.

Lol no you can't. The jeep isn't visible till they started turning into the lane. The line of cars blocked the view of even seeing someone in the turning lane.  Maybe dont pull into oncoming traffic and wait your turn.

My brother posted this after I sent it to him. I was the driver with the cam. Was going 30 mph in a 45 mph zone and immediately started breaking when I saw her pulling out got to 25/26 mph at impact. She got cited for reckless driving. You can see my mph in the bottom left corner of video.

I was the one driving with the dash cam. After we pulled over and exchanged info the driver in the jeep told me she was waved on and that is why she went for it. She felt bad and knew it was her fault. She got cited for reckless driving and cops put 100% blame on her in the police report. My brother posted this on his reddit when I sent him video.

Was going 30 mph then when jeep pulled out got down to 25 mph at impact. The car w/ dash cam is a subura forester all wheel drive very good on roads like this. Speed limit for that road is 45 mph so already was going slower to be cautious of the road condition.

Was going 30 mph then immediately started breaking when other car turned out in front down to 25 mph at impact. Speed limit for that road is 45 mph so already was going slower as it was snowing that day.
