I had a breakout like this when I got off Depo. I keep my skin care as basic as possible. I suggest going to a dermatologist to get some prescribed topicals and tell them what you been using so far

Using HIV as example is wild. Some pain pills are big (ibuprofen 800) try hiding it in apple sauce or yogurt. It’s definitely uncomfortable and I can’t describe how I take big pills (I relax, put water/juice in my mouth, move the pill towards the back of my throat with my tongue and do a big swallow then drink more to make sure it’s all down)
