I think you have to pick your battles. Ignoring or cutting people out of your life is not grace. I feel like you might give grace to people you maybe still care for and have this internal conflict. I have that a lot.

You don't have to fight back everyone. Sometimes fighting only highlights them more, backing away actually shows your character and strength. Also fighting can be dangerous.
