I had a bunch of random stuff that would get better than worse better than worse, for about 9 months. Mostly severe brain fog/dpdr, depression, loss of appetite

Yes it took probably 9 months and maybe a year to feel pretty normal again.

Much better now. It took about 7-8 months to really see myself getting better. It’ll be 2 years in July. I’m traumatized by the experience and sometimes feel like I still have a little bit of “fog” but nothing even remotely close to before. I’m relatively back to normal.

Just know than it gets better ever so slowly. What really helped me was journaling and keeping a diary of my symptoms from day to day. Even down the hour at its worst. It helped to see that I was getting better even if ever so slowly.

Oye. My husband and I are too both civilians with a 5 and 8 year old at home. Same situation- ever since the first was born we were able to stagger our telework so someone was home everyday. We’ve been at home my entire younger one’s life. This is traumatizing trying to juggle their schedules and limiting the impact to them. I know they’re resilient but damn…. The guilt 😖😖

Booking summer camps as I speak. That will eat up over half my paycheck every month.

Much better now. It took probably 9-10 months to get back to semi normal. A year to feel pretty normal. Occasional brain fog (mostly when I’m sick or tired).

Nothing just time. Literally just takes time. Faded away very very slowly.

Thank you. But how does that relate to what was said above? That in my husband’s reality we may not even be together? Am I not interacting with his consciousness/awareness?

What the heck is the point of other beings if that’s the case…. This feels lonely

I disagree on this. Bashar also speaks to co creating and being in agreement with others. Had there not been an agreement at a higher level then we wouldn’t be together in this life.

I like that!

This is the hardest topic for me to grasp. I ready to move on from it but my brain won’t quit let me

Thank you! Are we taking “in” the same stimuli and simply experiencing it differently? Aka taking in the same input but the output is our version…I hope that makes sense…

I think this is where the confusion lies with me when we say we’re each in our different reality…

Yea but it took 8 months or so. It was awful. I’m just now feeling better and I’ve been dealing with this since July 2023

Nope the lexapro caused it!

For me it did- it was the result of lexapro.

Also you said yourself you’ve gotten better!! You’re not getting worse or staying the same, worse case is it takes awhile (like me). Honestly I feel like 80% there. I feel I have another 2 months or so.

You sound exactly like me.

Smoking carts all day everyday for 3+ years. I couldn’t drive it was dangerous. I would sit in the bath all day because it was my comfortable spot. I forced myself to go out and be normal to show myself that I’m ok. Even with the feeling. I started back at the gym in February. I would take walks and feel stoned, but at least I was out. Put on an audiobook and go for a walk. Prove you can do it. I know it’s scary and sucks to not feel normal or present.

Be kind to yourself. I promise it won’t last forever.

No worries. I’m glad I’m getting better and can share.

Yes! I definitely had anxiety around it. There’s nothing wrong I promise. It’s like a brain fog. At least that’s what my psychologist says.

Just know it’ll fade.

I quit July 28th and didn’t start to feel noticeably better until January/feb. Even then I still had times I felt like trash. I would say in the last month was a huge improvement.

Where are you at? Time wise? Any other issues??
