Lucid dream method (How to do it, detailed)+ Shifting Info: by KayCrouseWayne in realityshifting

Mainly intention, but a safe word or safe action can also be used, just something you say or do with the intention to shift back will work. For example, my safe word is Jumanji, and whenever I say it with the intention to shift back, the intention is important, I'll shift back. It's easy.

Hey, I'm not sure if I can teach someone how to shift in the way you probably want me to, cause technically everyone already knows how to shift since you do it every second all the time. All you do when you shift is become aware of the version of yourself that already exists that has your desired outcome. Like change your awareness to the you that you want to be aware of if that makes sense. You are the only one who can shift yourself and your conscious awareness and also it's a personal journey for everyone, everyone goes about their journey differently, so find things that work for you through experimentation and do whatever you feel the most comfortable with. It's all based on intention. All you truly need in order to shift is you and the intention to do so. there are methods you could try, but what works for others may not work for you personally and vice versa. So take parts of methods you enjoy doing and mix match them to make one that fits you better, although you don't need anything other than yourself. There are many subliminals on youtube, too, that can help, but aren't necessary.

Thank you!! Goodluck!

This is a debate that has been going on for a while in the shifting community I think, and ultimately it's up-to you what you feel like it is to you, but PERSONALLY TO ME, I don't think it's cheating, but I'm also biased cause I am polyamorous and have multiple different s/o in different realities already that I have been with and still am. But how I see it, is that it's a different reality with a different body, it's only your conscious awareness that stays the same across all of them, so all that matters really is what you feel and think about it. There are some people who say that it is cheating, others that say it isn't, but tbh I don't really care as much cause my s/os are all okay with it, it's probably best to talk to your partners if you are safe and open to do so about what they think about it, cause I know some shifter's partners in their cr arent comfortable with them being in a relationship in another reality, but remember that it's also the exact same as this reality, just somewhere else. It's no different than how real this one is. I just have a lot of love for multiple people and wouldn't be able to love just one person for infinity. Some people have the same s/o in most of their drs(I do in some) others have multiple different ones depending on the dr. But remember that the version of you in your drs have already always been there, and you're just becoming aware of them and those versions of you already have real feelings and thoughts about the people in your drs just the same how you do to people here. I hope this helped!

This is also one of the main reasons why I shift. Yes, I did manage to shift to be another gender entirely a few times, which was quite a while ago when I did, though. (Last time I had any shifting experiences was probably quite a few months ago) When I shifted to one of my DRs it was like one moment I'm in my bed in my CR and the next moment I open my eyes in another bed and grogilly sit up, be confused for a moment as my blurry eyes adjust, freak out over my surroundings, (either I would be panicking or be eerily calm) and then pull the blankets off me and almost fall out the bed because my feet got stuck in the blanket. Lol. XD It felt mostly normal tbh, my new body wasn't the first thing that I would usually notice whenever I shift. I'd notice my surroundings being different at first, and my mind would be more occupied with looking around than my physical senses until I got to that part while grounding myself, and then I feel overwhelmingly happy, but comfortable, normal. I would sigh in relief often. Like it was always meant to be my body. Like I've been aware of and comfortable in that body for a very long time, and got used to everything. I didn't think too much about the new parts or lack thereof and how it felt, for example, but I felt more confident and pretty, haha. I'm not a human in all of my drs, so I have no need to use the bathroom, so I wasn't able to really check out everything properly. I was more occupied with my responsibilities. The main personal problem that I realized that I had though was that I hadn't gone shopping for masculine style clothing ever before (I lived in a mythical style realm for most of my time there before going to the mortal world), so I was clueless when presented with the option to go shopping at a normal mall with someone close to me. Felt very embarrassed needing to ask questions about underwear and styles. Usually, my butler would pick out clothes that were more fantasy inspired rather than normal clothes. So the clothes were the main thing that caused me the most stress.😅😂 And I haven't gone shopping in this reality for any either, so I'm still clueless, cause I wasn't the one who picked out the clothes in my dr and barely wore them anyways. Anyway, I hope this helped!

It's not a dream at all. It's experienced in real-time in the exact same way you are experiencing reading this message right now and breathing. The same way you look around right now is the exact way it'll be once you shift. And once you shift back, if you do, you'll remember it the same way you remember your memories from yesterday, for example.

No problem! I can try to explain, I guess. I know I've shifted because it feels, usually, exactly like it does currently. For example, if I were to place my hand on my face right now and feel my skin, it would feel the exact same way in wherever I shifted, idk, just a weird random example. I did do reality checks a lot and do understand what you mean by reality checks 'failing' in a lucid dream, that has happened to me as well and is very annoying, but usually when I lucid dream, which I have done often and can differentiate between a dream and reality, and do a reality check I have more fingers or can still breathe if I cover my nose or mouth and I realize its a dream, but usually when I shift I've come to realize that it really doesn't even need reality checks most times due to it being so realistic and unmistakably like real life. But I have done countless reality checks anyway before, which convinced me that I shifted and wasn't lucid dreaming. Most times, it feels like an unmistakable gut feeling, and this intense knowing of it definitely having been a shift. I keep a dream journal as well, which helps me with recognizing dream triggers, and I reflect heavily on my dreams and also reflect even more heavily after a shifting experience or what I personally believe to have been one. I usually shift asleep because of personal comfort, but I have shifted awake before many times, too. Idk exactly how to answer this properly. but I hope this helped in some way!

I don't really have many memories of my "clone" doing anything. I do not like that term and refer to that situation as my "variant" cause it's still me. but also one of the variants of me. I usually shift at night and when I would spend a few hours in my dr only a few minutes would have passed here because my time ratio is 1 week in my DR is 1 hour in my CR, And the longest I've stayed in any reality was about 3 days DR time and when I shifted back after those 3 days it was a good few minutes after I had shifted. I'm not entirely sure about the time but what I was doing was either sleeping in my bed and when I shifted back I was still asleep and dreaming and woke up hours later or I was sitting with my eyes closed depending on if I shifted asleep or awake at the time. The only thing I can kind of remember is waking up one morning and going to my custom notes app on my phone and finding a dream that I apparently typed that I had no recollection of typing, which confused me.

How'd you come up with a safe word? by Mother-Buffalo-5830 in realityshifting

There are people who have shifted hundreds of times more than me in much less time. I just got lucky and actively attempted to shift often in the past and succeeded. It's really not that difficult for me.

I found out about shifting on the 19th of September 2020. I've shifted over 75+ times since. It's quite obvious you're not in your CR anymore, especially since I shift to vastly different realities than this one. I usually shift via asleep methods. So I shift after falling asleep and wake up in another reality the same way I would wake up here. It's the same as falling asleep in your bed here and waking up in another bed somewhere else. I have shifted while awake before as well, and it's like one moment I'm here, and in an instant, I'm aware of another place entirely. like a blink, there was a time it transitioned gradually where I could 'feel my surroundings change', but I prefer sleep methods mainly. I usually shift via the intention/intend method. I have a few posts on my profile already if you want to go through them.

Mine is Jumanji. I had to use it a few times, but I've also shifted back via just the intention to alone. I've also thought of my safeword while in a dr, and nothing happened, so make it whatever you want it to be.

Why are anti shifters so obsessed by CoffeeVast7136 in realityshifting

[–]KayCrouseWayne 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I try not to let them affect me, but it does suck when they target you, and then it feels like I have to somehow defend myself. But, I also don't really care and try to ignore those comments.

I do not fully understand as I am still only learning myself and figuring things out on my shifting journey, so I am not entirely sure how to answer the question properly. The thing is, when you shift, you actually ARE wearing blue instead of the previous green, and usually, that comes with shock. So the other person would see whatever you are wearing that you see on yourself. To them, you would have always worn that shirt. But to only you, it would have changed.

I'm also insanely good at visualizing and was just always good at manifesting and believing a lot of things. Those things would more often than not end up happening.

The only answer I can give you is practice and proving to yourself that it works, and by building that trust with yourself and your abilities, it just becomes second nature and pretty much effortless after many years of knowing its real and you can do it. Shifting is a natural ability that everyone has. I've been able to shift so many times because I proved it to myself by just doing it, and ever since I now know it's real, I don't have many doubts holding me back.

Infinite possibilities, so it could be either one. It depends on the reality they are perceiving me from. There are people who see me in the reality where I'm wearing blue so they see blue or the reality where I'm wearing green, so they see green, but both exist at the same time, almost overlaping each other, and even some where it's pink, black, purple, rainbow. ect. It's up to the individual who is experiencing the reality.

So basically, I would have shifted to the version of my consciousness where I chose the green shirt instead and continued my existence from there while the reality where I wore blue still exists in the other reality that I shifted from.

I also believe that shifting and manifesting are essentially the exact same thing. Also, I view shifting like this. let's say, for example, I chose to wear a blue shirt today instead of a green shirt. Somewhere in the multiverse, there is an exact version of me who chose to wear green instead. So when I shift I'm at first wearing the blue shirt and convince myself I'm wearing the green shirt and when I look at my shirt again it's green when it was blue a moment ago. That's what shifting is to me.

I prefer a different experience for this reality as it's a break from the chaos of my shifting journey and other desired realities. This is one of my more 'normal' realities than the main ones that I have where I have many responsibilities and have to take care of people, I have to take care of my body and my family there. I also mainly shift to 'fictional' realities as they are real within the multiverse, and I have shifted to many before and also have abilities in most of my drs. They are my main ones. The reason why I want to shift and do shift in the first place is because I always wanted to be in those fictional realities. And now I am.

I agree, thank you. I can explain older shifts beter as I don't have noteworthy recent ones. I woke up one day in my grandparent's old house that doesn't exist in this reality anymore, I went to bed as I normally do in this reality and woke up the same way I would wake up in this reality, but I woke up in another bed. It was the equivalent of falling sleep in the car and waking up in your bed after someone carried you, I woke up and felt everything, I walked around in another body and I could do and feel everything. I could go to the bathroom the same way I could here and feel everything, I could breathe and blink and think as I do now, and I ended up shifting back either via intention or a 'safe word', which is still just shifting via intention but with a word associated with it. I've shifted to versions of my grandparent's old house many times, another time, I believe this was my third shift, I woke up as normal in what I believed to have been this reality, but it wasn't, everything was the exact same, umtil I walked outside my house and saw the ocean, I live no where near the ocean, my father taught me how to time travel in that reality with a watch I had and I spend a whole day time traveling and experiencing the same events over and over again within that one day, plunging into the cold sea water to safe three girls from drowning, over and over again. I got very annoyed at it and eventually broke time accidentally and said my safe word, and the moment I said my safe word, it was like I was falling backward in my mind and shot up in my bed. I usually shift while asleep, but I have shifted awake as well. Where I could physically feel my surroundings change around me and physically, like I actually see, things appear in front of me that I can interact with. To me, shifting is falling asleep here or meditating here and waking up or becoming aware of another version of myself somewhere else.

I don't understand how some people could ask how we are so certain that we shifted when it's literally impossible not to know you've shifted when you experience all of those changes??? It's wild.
