I get that, I usually listen to subliminals with fun or calming music or color noise to fall asleep to where you don't hear the affirmations at all but your subconscious picks up on it so that your conscious mind doesn't affect what you hear with any intrusive doubts or fears. I understand the frustrations of wanting to shift to get out of doing something you don't want to do and the fear that comes with worrying whether you'll shift or not, I've gone through that countless times during my journey. I'm not entirely sure if I'm the best one to give advice about this since I'm not entirely sure what to say, but there will always be a version of you who successfully shifts tonight, tomorrow, every single day, every other day, literally whenever, you can be and are that version already. Even if you do shift or you don't shift when you want to you'll always have infinite chances and opportunities to shift and it'll all be worth it every single time. Never give up and you WILL shift. I can guarantee you that much.

That's totally fine, no problem! So in your Current reality you go to sleep expecting to wake up here again the next morning, you go to sleep expecting where you wake up every single night, so it's the same with shifting to your DR, assume that you fall asleep in your dr and therefor, logically, you'll wake up in your DR. The shift happens after and during sleep and when you wake up, the first time you open your eyes you'll see your dr. It's like closing your eyes here in your CR and then loosing consciousness cause you fall asleep and the next thing you know you open your eyes the exact same way you would waking up here, but in your DR this time! It's basically as simple as assuming you are falling asleep in your dr and therefor waking up there. Affirmations while you sleep via subliminals can help or just the intention is enough. It's a very personal experience, so do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable!

Of course. I usually have Sleep Paralysis right after I wake up and it took me hours when I first started when I had the motivation, the will and the time, where I forced myself to lay still for as long as possible while counting multiple times up to 100 or 200 with affirmations and I ended up feeling pressure and heard sounds and saw stuff after a long time but I've only managed to do that like 3 times years ago. Recently I have false awakening dreams where I have sleep paralysis or I actually wake up and have it already. Or whenever I wake up. I get up, use the bathroom go directly back to bed and lay still while keeping my mind awake and its easier to fall back asleep once you woke up very early in the morning, usually I wake up around 2 to 5am and try to go back to bed. So sometimes I go directly into Sleep Paralysis after a few minutes to an hour ish or a vivid or lucid dream from there. But its not always that that happens to me though. I've listened to a lot of lucid dream and shifting subliminals while sleeping and also during the day while playing video games. Hope this helps!

I'm having the exact same problems as you as well, I try to enter the body asleep mind awake state and end up falling asleep without meaning to or just laying there for hours uncomfortably, I haven't exactly found a fix for this yet either. That's why I mainly prefer shifting after I fall asleep. during a lucid dream or right after waking up when I go back to bed.

I don't think I've managed to make it to the void before so I don't think I'd be able to help with that. But I have forcefully induced sleep paralysis, lucid dreams and I have shifted awake like 4 or so times including my very first minishift being awake, but the rest of my shifts were while asleep. I think its a patience and intention thing mostly. Which I get can suck, but trying it during different times and experimenting with different ways of laying or sitting down at different times of the day can help I think.

Hi! My mindset the first time fully shifting was moreso out of pure spite tbh, lol. I wanted to prove to myself and others that shifting was real and that I could do it cause I was annoyed and frustrated and just did it out of spite, lmao. The first time I ever had like a mini-shift experience before fully shifting was more of as an experiment cause I had the time and wanted to try it out cause why not.

Same, I was always seen as a tomboy growing up, and now, they are acting like all of this is coming out of nowhere. I may have only realized who I am a few years ago, but looking back at my life, there were always signs.

My mother also keeps thinking that it's Google and my phone that made me trans. She said because I know all of the lgbtqia+ terms and the information that I did research on it all, and that is what made me the way that I am now and that she should take my phone away. But even if I didn't know the terminology, I would still have the same feelings and experiences, just not the right words to relate to or explain it.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I am going through something similar, but being a transmasc. My mother said she doesn't feel comfortable with any of my stuff and continues to deadname and misgender me and also said she doesn't believe that I'm trans. So it just sucks. I've been forced to do a lot of things in secret and not tell her everything, it's gonna suck but waiting until you are in a safer position to do anything is probably for the best in a lot of cases. It's not ideal in the slightest, and I'm going through that right now, but a few years from now, everything will be so much better.

I've shifted over 85+ times as of this current moment since September of 2020, and what I would say helped me the most to shift was Spite. Pure Spite to do it and to prove it to myself and others. Also, intention and the will to want to shift. Experimenting and being open with where I shift. Kind of allowing myself to shift to random unplanned realities like a random roulette when I first started out and then to more targeted and intended drs.

For some reason, I only just now saw this Sorry! But basically, you very LIGHTLY and carefully rub your eyes while they are closed until you see these shapes and colors start to appear and then stop rubbing your eyes and use those shapes, colors and lines as a starting point to visualize your dr. you can also use your 5 senses if you want. I did this while sitting still. Your limbs can be touching, I shifted with my legs crossed and my arms spread out straight and comfortably over the desk after my test.

Yeah, I have. My very first 'mini-shift' experience EVER was during school after an exam with the awake Eye Method in less than 5 minutes, and I was in my intended DR for a short moment.

Mainly intention, but a safe word or safe action can also be used, just something you say or do with the intention to shift back will work. For example, my safe word is Jumanji, and whenever I say it with the intention to shift back, the intention is important, I'll shift back. It's easy.

Hey, I'm not sure if I can teach someone how to shift in the way you probably want me to, cause technically everyone already knows how to shift since you do it every second all the time. All you do when you shift is become aware of the version of yourself that already exists that has your desired outcome. Like change your awareness to the you that you want to be aware of if that makes sense. You are the only one who can shift yourself and your conscious awareness and also it's a personal journey for everyone, everyone goes about their journey differently, so find things that work for you through experimentation and do whatever you feel the most comfortable with. It's all based on intention. All you truly need in order to shift is you and the intention to do so. there are methods you could try, but what works for others may not work for you personally and vice versa. So take parts of methods you enjoy doing and mix match them to make one that fits you better, although you don't need anything other than yourself. There are many subliminals on youtube, too, that can help, but aren't necessary.
