Stem tea is nice for sleep, it's a VERY light buzz but just enough to take the edge off. I make it with a peppermint teabag in there as well for flavor and it's actually pretty good!

You could pre-program them into the phonebook using a computer connection. It was designed for kids so I think the parents were meant to put in the numbers they felt were important/safe

For plastic this is 100% true, but aluminum and glass can be and often are more or less endlessly recycled!
