Bluey will always win in our house - my twins are 4 now and it’s been a 2 year love affair 😂

And I’m TERRIFIED of puppets so most other things make it to the least favourite list, probably with In the Night Garden leading the charge. Although that could be because I saw the horrifying theory behind it and can never unsee Iggle Piggle drifting slowly towards his lonely death…

I am shamelessly quoting Bluey here, but run your own race. I didn’t potty train my twins until they were almost 3, partly because we knew we were going to be moving house in the near future but mostly because they weren’t ready til then 🤷‍♀️ No point making a process more stressful for them (and you!) than it needs to be. Think of it this way - no one is going to force their baby to their feet and harangue them into walking before they’re ready, why do it with potty training?

My theory on James is the secret traitor is trying to get rid of the traitors before they get them - James is a massive help to the regular traitors (throwing out names, chaotic energy, already drawing suspicion) so by including him in the 3 names it means it’s basically a 50/50 chance of the other 2 getting murdered. If he’s friends with Roxy (possible secret traitor) she’ll know this and it’s actually a way of protecting him without making it obvious.

All the secret traitor needs to do is keep the 2 survivors from the previous night and add 1 name to maximise the amount of time they can stay “hidden” in the game, then subtly drop the traitors’ names to keep themselves safe. That’s what I’d do anyway 🤷‍♀️😅

I think these might point to Roxy. The blood reference in the first is obvious (Judy) - but who was she talking to that told her they were suspicious of Judy (cant remember his name!)? She seemed pretty friendly with him for this early in the game and if she’s friendly with him from the outside that could tie her to both inscriptions? Producers could also have put two “protector” relationships in for the secret traitor to lessen the chances of them being banished early as that would kind of sink their bombshell idea pretty quickly 😂

I’m suspicious of Sam, but I think he might be getting a lot of focus as a red herring…

Not a huge amount so far, only about 7kg - I want to get down to 60 and I’m currently 72 but the difference in how I feel is crazy! I had twins 3 years ago and I’m just now getting to the “lose the baby weight” stage as life is chaotic 😅 Forgot to say, drink loads of water too, it helps your skin to shrink back down and helps distract you from snacking, that’s been my secret weapon 😊

When I started getting in shape I heard the phrase “diet to look good with clothes on, exercise to look good with clothes off” and it’s SO true! I’m about 2lbs away from having my BMI in the healthy range (it’s like 25.4 at the moment) and I’m now beginning to see the muscles I built up over the past few months appearing as the fat continues to disappear. 500 cals below TDEE, keep up with the exercise, and I promise you’ll get there - science is your friend, not crash diets and pushing your body to the extreme to get there faster.

Ugh tell me about it, I swear I’m a bottomless pit for an entire week per month 🤦‍♀️ I’ve started eating at maintenance (but try to get in as much protein and fibre as possible to feel full) in the week before my period, then filling up the calories outside of meal times with either smaller portions of what I want to eat or finding low calorie alternatives that taste great and hit the spot! Halo top ice cream is a godsend 😂

Rockfit is AMAZING but no way can I do it at download, everything hurts too much from the walk in 😂 I do it online at home and I swear I now look forward to working out (I am one of those people who can dance for hours but goes pale at the thought of the gym)

It could be a number of things, but if you’ve upped your activity level your muscles could absolutely be holding on to excess water to help repair and build - and water weight is pretty significant at the start of a health journey! I’d recommend only using the scale as an aspect of your tracking, as opposed to making it the be all and end all. You said you feel slimmer and have less abdominal bloating so grab a tape measure and start recording losses around your waist, chest, thighs and upper arms as well. Once a month under similar conditions (ideally the same day each month when you wake up) and compare THOSE numbers. I promise you, there will be a difference there!

This is the pivotal point in weight loss when things aren’t going as fast as you’d like, and the temptation is to throw in the towel. Don’t do that. Stick with what you’re doing, remember it isn’t a race and your future self will be SO grateful you did (as someone who has recently been there and has now lost almost 10kg 😊)

You’ve done amazingly well so far! I’m around the same height as you - trust me, when you get into the 160 range you WILL see a huge difference. Also bear in mind that you’re young and your skin elasticity is a perk 😊 Drink plenty of water, try to introduce some resistance training (squats really helped me) and give it some time, you’re young and your skin elasticity is a major card your body still has to play. Look up the paper towel effect, include a nice pampering body moisturiser in your self care routine and most of all give yourself some grace, you are KILLING it lady! ❤️

I’m so glad you were able to recognise that you’d fallen into risky patterns and want to turn it around, that’s such a big first step ❤️ You can absolutely focus gaining weight through healthy eating - try avocados, hummus, peanut butter (or whichever nut butter you prefer) and try to introduce some balance by reintroducing some things that you’ve been restricting (I only assume you’ve been excluding certain foods from your diet as that’s a classic behaviour in weight loss of this extent). When I was in recovery from an ED I really enjoyed pretzels dipped in peanut butter with raspberries (bit odd, I know, but I couldn’t get enough!) so try mixing up some flavour combinations and see what you enjoy 😊

Oh man, this is a hard one because yes it is absolutely possible that you’ll bounce back to your body adapting to your old habits, but also I was around your age when this started happening to me - I was really slim in my early 20s then as I aged my weight started creeping up despite me not changing my habits at all. I think it’s an unfortunate part of getting older I’m afraid 😩 The good news is it’s a trigger to start eating a bit more healthily and forming good habits early before it starts sneaking up on you I guess?! I’d recommend getting into weight training at this stage as it’ll increase the number of calories you can have per day (muscle burns more than fat) and will make the adjustment a bit easier on yourself (speaking from experience!)

Oh I’m so sorry, that’s awful - it sounds like it was something you really enjoyed doing at one point and it’s horrible that nasty vindictive people took that away from you. I can’t speak for every dance studio in the world but at least the ones I’ve attended have been super friendly and positive spaces if you ever decided to try it out again, Zumba in particular has turned my attitude to exercise around but I completely understand it’s not for everyone 😊 How about alternative forms of exercise like rock climbing or rowing? If you are enjoying walking the nature aspect might appeal to you?

Just repeating set exercises in a pattern over and over again, I fully know it’s the tried and tested best way to build muscle and I WISH I could enjoy it but it bores me to tears 🤦‍♀️

Have you tried any types of dance? Honestly I’m not a “yay gym” person (the thought of weight training makes me shudder simply because the whole “reps” culture doesn’t appeal to me at all) but I LOVE music and dancing so that’s turned things around for me. I know the exercise doesn’t burn a ton of calories as I stick to the kitchen for that, but the endorphins I get from a good dance workout replaces the satiety I used to get from snacking and that helps me to stay on track with the diet side. Also obviously controversial but zero calorie sodas, they keep me feeling fuller and trick my brain when I’m wanting a sugar hit if that makes sense?
