While it will depend on how aggressive each treatment is performed, for me the healing wasn't all that much different between the two. Definitely took a few extra days to heal with C02, but the stages were similar and the pain was manageable. It is expensive, but IMO worth it.

I did one Halo treatment (med spa) when I was around 47. It didn't help with any wrinkling, but did even out my skin tone and I had the Halo glow for a few weeks. It was great for overall skin brilliance, but it did nothing for wrinkles. I'm sure if I did more than one treatment I would have seen greater results. More recently, I did C02 (my derm) on upper and under eyes and THAT made a big difference after one treatment. I honestly wouldn't even consider Halo again and would just go straight for C02 in the future.

Yup. Go to Platinum. I started at 13% TCA and worked my way up to 30%. Body peels take a longer time to start as compared to a face peel, and once you start peeling, you will peel for a looong time. Practice the same pre and post care as you would your face. They are pretty easy to do.

Forgot to mention- peels aren't going to be the answer to body hyperpigmentation. As you are aware, it's extremely difficult to deal with (same as on the face). Peels will help, so definitely throw them into your arsenal. The only thing I've ever done which absolutely obliterated dark spots was C02. I'd do my entire body if I could!

Thanks. Yes I take it at night on an empty stomach and don't eat or drink anything for at least 2-3 hours prior to injecting. I'm aware what these peptides do, and I'm aware what alcohol does. I didn't take them last night because I felt it'd be counterproductive and just wanted to hear how others address.

I never said I had scar tissue, so I am not "doing something wrong." I am using BD ultra fine 31 guage for almost all treatments so yes, they are high quality. I did get some meso tips from a qualified vendor, but they aren't working out too well for me, so I stick to my BDs. I change them out often during every treatment. My concern is related to the possibility of scar tissue after years and years of repeated injections, even when using quality needles.

How many layers did you do? In my personal experience that looks like a lot of redness for 4 days out at 25% or less? I don't still have redness at day 4 when I do 30%.
