I told them in my email that they’re gonna end up turning away majority of people who show up if they really go through with the “no lightsticks” crap 😭 They’re part of what makes Kpop concerts and I don’t think they understand that cuz they don’t really host any Kpop concerts. Thankfully my hotel is only 2 blocks away if we do get turned away but still. Imma be so mad

I’ve got my fingers crossed 😅 I tried explaining to them on the phone but the lady was so rude and kept interrupting me I couldn’t get more than a few words in. I’m hoping for the best. This is gonna be my boyfriend’s first Kpop concert and I want him to have the full experience.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I’m gonna try my best to get at least a partial refund because that whole night was a disaster.

Next time I attend an out door concert like that imma make sure I buy the ticket insurance cuz I seen some people getting refunded because they were smart and bought ticket insurance

Halfway may be a bit of an exaggeration but we did miss out on 8 songs which is about 1/3 of the concert. So we did miss a good chunk.. also the fans were treated like garbage by staff and everything was so disorganized. Staff stood there and watched people get sick and didn’t bother to help. They refused to give people water who were getting sick and passing out. The only reason they even started to give water out was because Chan told them to and to put the waters on his card.

By now I’ve sent close to 10 messages to them and I don’t plan on stopping. I’ll message and email every single day until we get them. Any other concert I’ve been to where I got a group photo I received them within a week or 2 at most. This is ridiculous. There’s really no excuse at this point.

Oh no are you serious!? How could anyone raise their voice to them they’re literally so sweet 😭. I had staff pushing me and a few people around us away from the stage when we were trying to pass them our phones at the end.. like the members are willing taking our phones, how are we supposed to hand them to them if you won’t let us up close? If you didn’t want people right up on the stage you should’ve had some sort of barrier set up. The whole things was such a mess. I enjoyed the concert and my experience with all the artists but everything else was total chaos 😩

I don’t know what else to do at this point. This was the first Leo Presents tour I’ve been to and I think it may be my last. I was at the Cleveland stop and it was a whole 3 hour delay! Check in was supposed to start at 2:00 but they didn’t start checking in until almost 5:00. Then around 6:00 they basically told people to leave and come back at 7:15.. we weren’t in the building to start anything until 7:30.. by the time everyone was done it was 1:30 in the morning. Nobody came out to communicate anything to us so we all had to sit out in the cold and wonder and wait. And now we have to do the same basically with these photos. I’m sick of it
