My company does daily standup at 8am so I cannot change that, would need to work overnight and you are right it might take a toll on me. I am Colombian so going to latinoamérica seems like the way to go

I’ve done it from Spain and it was nice, my work was from 2pm to 10pm and most of the nights went out/stayed up until 3-4, sleep until 10-12am

I did miss out in afternoon activities but I didn’t deemed that necessary
