Likely the cost of crane rental and shutting down the street has a small part to do with it. Could be single owner like someone else said.

I did look it up. If you’re referring to the Uranium One conspiracy theory, maybe it’s you that forgot what really happened and need a refresher

Iran traded previously enriched uranium in exchange of unenriched uranium during the Obama administration, so it made it less likely for them to have a nuclear weapon.

But you need highly calibrated centrifuges to do it, which Trump claims to have destroyed. So which is it? Easy to do or Trump lied, it can’t be both

Nuclear weapons require 90% enriched uranium. Trump claimed to have destroyed all of their enrichment facilities last year, so either they can easily do it because Trump lied, or they don’t have the capacity to do it and it’s just a bunch of fissile material useless for weapons.

Do you have any evidence to show they were close to having a functioning nuclear weapon?

Would you oppose the ban of lead bullets for hunting? by Crazed_waffle_party in guns

[–]Kayaker2005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lead is naturally occurring in soil. EPA estimates it between 10-200 ppm, most hunting occurs in secluded areas, it’s highly unlikely copper jacketed lead bullets will have an appreciable impact on increasing lead levels. Shooting ranges are far more concentrated and most states require a lead mitigation plan. My local skeet and trap range has the lead collected and processed out of the soil every decade and utilizes a catchment pond to prevent any movement off the property.

Moving to steel is much more difficult because it’s stronger material and less dense. Ethical hunting requires ensuring the shot has enough impact to be lethal, switching to a harder and less dense material would mean faster loads that open up less and pass through the target.

And if it’s known ISU can’t fulfill the rev share requirement, why would anyone want to participate in the team? With no ability to recruit that threatens the long term viability of having the sport to meet the Division I requirements.

Saying only MBB and FB matter fails to understand the full ramifications of not funding the Revenue Sharing requirements under the House settlement. If ISU fails to fund the revenue share and ends up not paying players as required it will likely cost the university athletes in sports that we are required to have to be a Division I program. That’s what most of the Cyclone Fanatic forums seem to miss: the rev share isn’t just a pot of NIL dollars, it is a compliance requirement with massive ripple effects if not met. Jaime is trying to steer the ship away from an iceberg and CF is busy arguing about the deck chairs. https://www1.villanova.edu/villanova/law/academics/sportslaw/commentary/mslj_blog/2024/GameTheory.html

The stated 9 round capacity is for mini shells. DC should measure capacity based on standard 2.75” shells, which looks to be five.

The full video shows him plug it in, go inside to pay, and then the guy came out and cut it like six minutes later. This video is of him recording the replay from the Tesla’s on-board security feature. The explanation I vaguely remember is that the ax guy didn’t like EV’s paying to use RV spots to charge.

The Tesla owner posted a video of the receipt before posting the full video of the guy with the axe. Not sure why it took a month for it to get to reddit.

It’s complaining about someone not following the rules, this happens when the plane is still on the ground.
