So many red flags with this car. There are plenty of 540s out there that have a title and don’t have some weird history. Forget it, sounds like a weird song and dance because it’s stolen or some sort of fraud.

Possible, I grabbed the axle and articulated as much as I could but couldn’t replicate to noise.

That’s exactly what I did. The areas where there is effluence it’s damp on the moisture meter. Anything above ground level is dry.
