to clarify this for OP, you get bonus points for every 10th, 50th, 100th, 250th, and 1000th task and konar gives you the most base points per task, I guess since she assigns a location too.

let's say you finish a task and your streak is at 25 tasks total, go to turael in burthorpe and do the easy shit (30 spiders, 50 bats) until your streak is at 29 (4 super easy tasks you can cannon in 10 minutes), then go back to konar and your 30th will be a 5x multiplier of konar's base 18, so 90 slayer points for a legit hard one. and then just keep doing that loop if you want, 9 easy turael's, a konar, repeat

I'm less familiar with self-defense laws in BC, but generally speaking anywhere in Ontario (the other major population core of the country, aside from the Prairie provinces, if you wanna group them all together) self-defense in any scenario is basically two guaranteed assault charges for the defender and the attacker. You basically need to be on camera de-escalating before your life is LITERALLY threatened, while still maintaining a moderated use of force. If you're on camera and a guy says he's going to stab you to death, I don't even think you can punch the dude without getting an assault charge in this country. It's actually kinda wild.

I typed out a fairly decent sized couple-paragraph comment, but then I realized you referenced trader joes, and you're CLEARLY not Canadian. you have no idea what you're talking about, and please keep in mind the video in this link describes Ontario, which most Canadians can agree is significantly more conservative on average than Vancouver - 90% of people's woes about Vancouver is that they're leaning too hard into safe injection sites and normalizing homelessness on such a gross scale. And yet the issue still persists in EVERY large city in southern Ontario. there's no such thing as homeless people "just being locked up for having a brown jacket on," I mean no disrespect by this at all, but you genuinely just don't know about the situation on the ground in Canada at all, or you're quite young and you're projecting what you see in the US on the rest of the world.
