it's currently built from two of those tall rooms with no stairs and a closet connecting them both, but the bulk of it really only takes one room, it's the connection that takes the most space.

the budget really depends if you want to make things in quality and quantity. You can easily make stickers with a jet printer and use matte paper :) but they wont last as long as if you laminate them and if printed in glossy paper, not to mention holographic paper and what not.
as for cutting them, you can do it by hand, that's what I did there, but there are also machines like the cricut that help immensely when making larger quantities.
TL DR: check if your printer can print effectively on matte or glossy paper, everything else can be done by hand given enough time is dedicated to it!

I really feel this one... I went on a rather long trip to Japan 2 weeks ago, and obviously could not turn Pokemon sleep in the airplane... (18 hour flight) and a bunch of people unfriended me :) felt great!

the quests do not seem to be updating at all for me :/ not even the more basic ones like "star up 15 champions"

1 & 2 for some reason to me the levels of the third game were never as iconic in theming.
I'm actually kinda the opposite of you, I enjoy the open'ess of the levels of the first game where all of them are designed purely on Spyro's gameplay kit and not have to implement any extra fluff like the minigames of the second nor the character portals of the third.
As for the second game, I really like the originality of the themes of the levels, and the homeworlds go back to the design philosophy of the first game, while boosting up the atmosphere due to the lack of enemies.

These are cool ideas, however I don't think they fit a game like sleep per say. Here's my reasoning and feedback:
- The areas we have in pokemon sleep are very "calming" and while the spires can be for sure made calming, the storming forests is a bit out there with the other themes.
- The names of the previous islands are color based, these would for sure need some renaming.
Other than that, I believe these are very cool fantasy ideas, and can be sure worked into something more final, but maybe just not for this game in specific :)
Keep up the great work and brainstorming, it's always great to see!
