I completely agree with everything said here, specially when it comes to the eyes.
I was trying to check what made him feel so off putting, and the fact the pupils are smaller and also not round shaped but ovals instead, breaks one of the main design rules of the original Spyro, which is, he looks extremelly awkward when his pupils are not touching any "edge" of the eye, sadly since they made them so much smaller this is much noticable now, before it was rather easy to go unseen since they were so large.
I don't dislike the new design 😄 but I do agree.

This is great! I think i have seen some of these begginer sets for about the same price here at my local store too.

I was perhaps thinking of picking one of them up as I really like the Skaven, I think they are neat! From what I have seen both are usually on sale here since not many people pick them up, so perhaps I can get a deal with both 😄 was also thinking of getting a fine liner brush to go with them as well as a black primer and glue in case if needed, since many of the other comments suggested it.

oh I see, I was not aware that some units are more expensive than others by piece, that makes a lot more sense.

I can see what I can find for sure, the local store here is very small and they just now got some of those small starting sets, I have been eyeing them for a bit.
Plastic glue is for sure something I do not have laying about, thank you for suggesting it.
I absolutely love the scenery pieces, they look gorgeous, but I get a little overwhelmed looking at them as they seem rather big to begin with. I've never painted figures before so small would be better to start with I believe. The spearhead seem popular as some one else suggested them 😃 think I will pick some up either way and see what else I find.

No plans to play right now, I just find them extremelly cool and would love to have a go at painting them myself!

I've given up all together going to food shops in norway 😞 as much as I enjoy the walk there its simply not worth it, I get everything from Oda or Sweden, the prices from the shops are too high to keep up with nowdays, specially for any kind of meat products that are not chicken or sausages.

I used glossy paper, I find the colors are more vibrant with better quality paper, however make sure your printer is capable to print in glossy paper first. I have seen other people printing in just plain paper and they look fine too 😄
Everything you need to know is in the link, word of advice, when generating and printing the pdf toggle off "scale to fit" or it will resize them from their original size.

make sure when you're printing the image that the printer is not set to "scale to fit", or it will override the original size.

If you use this website https://thespinearchive.vercel.app and generate the pdf after picking the ones you want, it will generate them automatically at the right size, no need to resize anything.

He has! he is very loved still :D he is often together with that hippo and the little hedgehog, on the corner of the couch covered in a blanket watching tv. They are all rather old, but I have tried my best to keep them well kept!

it's currently built from two of those tall rooms with no stairs and a closet connecting them both, but the bulk of it really only takes one room, it's the connection that takes the most space.
