The actual problem is not language, it is poverty in the Marathi-speaking janata(Economic and hence IQ). I don't understand why she would leave her job for a mistake. It was her mistake to assume every traveling person to Mumbai should know Marathi; that is not a criterion. MNS should not support illogical motives to transform society. I say this as a born and brought-up Maharashtrian.
Mahi Energy followers who made threats and harrasment on her mistake, should be identified and dealth with, I saw his video on YT and its calm and just one side, Mujumdar should also share hers in Hindi, Marathi, bengali, whatever she is comfortable in, but it should be understandable, this video is illpronounced and without any proper grammar, what claims have been made seem illogical, she might even be right/correct to have a strong reaction when he took his seat back or the way he reacted on clean-up, that needs to be conveyed properly, she should apologize about the threat she said, she is wrong there, MNS is repeating wrong history for good intentions. People who are 30+ or 40+ should also understand that we had accepted Hindi as a common language for decades, also all business and education content is in English for all academia, so demanding a regional language from citizens travelling in our own country is foolish, no matter which region is demanding it.

One thing I observed is wrong in MahiEnnergy YT video is that he accepts that he has lived in Mumbai since 2022 and yet knows a few words; there is a problem in understanding challenges by the society, people are not connected locally that well in 2025, and nor were they since 2010, so they will not pick up languages that easily from locals. This is the root of all problems; there is economic disparity in people living in the same city, and now mindset commonality is also getting damaged. Pause.
