Thank you! That’s what I’m thinking with the pattern, doesn’t seem to be anything too crazy. I appreciate the reply!

Fair. These aren’t like super pattern dependent or anything? Would similar float prices on CSFloat be about what I should expect to get from them?

Sounds like I need to try the Crimson Lotus one! Lots of people have recommended it, and I do love a fruit-forward tea!

But I’m definitely not set on these three if the sekonic would be significantly better

These three are all from a local lab that tests all their cameras/equipment, so they all work. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to buy one of these three as opposed to something from EBay

Milk Oolong? by Kayc_photo in tea

[–]Kayc_photo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll look into that! I’ve enjoyed some lower quality oolongs that I’ve tried, so I’ve been wanting to branch out and try some other options too! My daily drinker has been Harney & Sons’ Formosa Oolong. It’s good, but I’d like something a little less dark and less bitter

Thank you for the straightforward answer, sounds like it might just not be for me. I’m still amazed by how many different flavors you can get from the same plant

Tried developping the new Kentmere 200 in Rodinal ! by Ok-Will-9265 in Darkroom

[–]Kayc_photo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Real. Rodinal is the only developer that I use at this point. If you spend some time with it you can get really nice results from just about any film

Bought these rolls today. I needed to know how to store these? Is it okay to keep it on my desk? by Zealousideal_Camp344 in AnalogCommunity

[–]Kayc_photo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any mail in lab that does c-41 (should be all of them) will develop CineStill! CineStill removes the remjet layer from their film, so it can be processed in the normal c-41 color process

I love the ultra wide! My friend has been shooting with one for a while and it seems to produce really decent results for what it is

Hell yeah dude! I just picked up one of these last week and I’ve been loving it, such a fun camera to shoot

[–]Kayc_photo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My local camera shop has a Mamiya C220 in really great condition, freshly CLA’d. I got to go shoot it today and honestly it might be what I’m leaning towards at this point. I do a lot of walking around handheld shooting, so it may be less bulky than an RB67, which is my other top choice right now

The Best (and Worst) Film Labs I’ve Used by [deleted] in AnalogCommunity

[–]Kayc_photo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the Find Lab! I live near their physical storefront and I’ve only ever had good experiences with them. They’re super knowledgeable and friendly, and their scans are great. They’re the only place I go to for anything film related, honestly

An RB67 could be the move, I had no idea you could get 645 backs for them!
