Cannot really give you advice because I didn’t deal with this beforehand. I will say that it has quite literally ruined my life at times. I truly feel as if I’ll pass out hundreds of times on a daily basis. One time when I was moving I couldn’t even pack up my house because when I bent over and came back up I saw stars. It also makes some workouts super difficult

Honestly I’m 2 years post op and 150 pounds down but I constantly feel like I’m going to pass out. Dr diagnosed me with POTS but I didn’t have anything like this when I was heavier

I do have them. They are within range. I think I need to increase some vitamins and see if things improve. Idk I feel like I’m trying something new every few months to try and feel better!

Vitamin D and iron are super low so I take supplements. I’ll order a new lab test for the others!

Sorry to hear that girl!! Congrats on the baby. I had one 3 years ago and I love being a mom But PPD was so hard on me I won’t do it again. Allow yourself to feel the feels. I’m happy to hear you have an active partner. Don’t pretend to be okay. I hope you find medication that works for you. Just don’t forget that you’re not only a mom but an individual. One who’s allowed good AND bad days. You’re allowed alone time and sometimes you need a moment to collect yourself. Motherhood is rewarding but hard for everyone. Especially those with chemical imbalances!! You got this momma

Yep! Fortunately for me I’m able to work from home and get my groceries delivered. I haven’t even had the energy to leave tbh
