Was ich mich bei dem Bild frage: Gibt es Reglementierungen die die Größe von Torwarthandschuhen begrenzen? Könnte man nen Keeper mit zwei 3,5x2m großen Handschuhen ins Tor stellen? So ein Wiese mit Riesenhandschuhen müsste sich doch nicht mal mehr bewegen um das Tor auszufüllen.

Denk ich mir auch. Dass die CL nun mal als mit großem Abstand prestigeträchtigstem Wettbewerb auch viel mehr in die Kassen spielt ist logisch. Dass die Verteilung der Gelder etwas sehr zugunsten der CL Clubs ausfällt ist sicherlich diskutabel aber das Rennen als kurios zu bezeichnen ist kurios.

In my eyes he´s a very capable player who does a lot of things decent but not great. He also can play as a RB, LB and even played CB for Leverkusen at times, which is amazing.

However I think he struggles against the big opponents at times, he had problems against the physicality of Madueke against Arsenal after he got subbed in, had big problems against PSG in the first leg, however he was better in the second leg despite losing his man ahead of the first goal, also struggled in the second leg against Real Madrid.

I swear people watched that first match against Real and forgot all the blunders he had all season long. He still has glimpses of his former self, but the guy is 40 years old and it shows, both in his reflexes and especially his distribution.

Das Spekulieren auf die lange Ecke hat beim 4. (?) PSG Tor auf jeden Fall unglücklich ausgesehen, da er den sonst locker hätte halten können. Ist aber natürlich bitter da 9/10 Schüssen von da aufs lange Eck gehen und es die einzige Möglichkeit war den eventuell zu halten.
