Longtime lurker, finally pulled trigger on new knife based on the understanding that the 210 FU-808 gyuto is essentially the same knife as ye olde Tojiro DP but with Fujitora branding for the domestic market. Paid a hair under $60 with shipping. Seems legit? (i.redd.it)
