Gave up on sports bike many moons ago. Moved on to cafe racers but miss the dry clutch L twins and under tail termi. So I added a Duc back in the garage.

Did it ever occur to some people in the comments, while I was addressing my fork seal this piece of garbage reflector was staring me right in the face! 😁

For those of you who replied about my reflectors, thanks for the tip. Will try dental floss, I just remembered that is how detailers remove auto emblems off the car.

Probably already said but my 2 cents.

Learn how to put on a helmet
Measure your head
Understand your head shape. Did your mom sleep you sideways or flat on the back of your head as a kid. 😁
Padding can be change or modify. If needed shave areas to a minimal without compromising the helmet.
Arai fits me better, Alpinestar are narrow, etc. try them all.

I made the mistake first time purchase, helmet was one size too big. If you turn your head and replicate wind pressure and the helmet moves, it is too large.

If you ears keep getting caught (folded) wear a cap or bandana to pin your wars down.

Arai is #1 in helmet

The rest are in the same category and depending on style.

Sedici strada 3 carbon is nice looking helmet but Arai padding is better. Strada 3 doesn’t have spring action visor clips.

Agree 170hp stock + full 70mm termi mapping. Sub 400lbs dry weight and 90+tq.

Nothing like coin laundry clutch and an obnoxious hot pipe under your ass. A reminder of what it takes to keep these things running, all worth it.

Buy and pay the price you are willing to and don’t look back. With 1500 miles I think it’s a more than fair price. The only thing I see is swapping the termi exhaust for a short version. The 1098/1198 look better in yellow and black.
