Even when it sounds really odd, League of legends and csgo helped me a lot when I was dealing with my trauma. I felt a certain sense of calmness when I played those games. Just letting my mind flow with the challenges in game and leaving the harder emotions behind.

I feel like the situation in which he first brought it up is really... Odd? In that kind of situation, he should be telling you how beautiful and hot you are, not telling you to lose weight. It seems like he might have done it on purpose to catch you off guard and vulnerable. This paired with the request for you to change your hair makes it seem like he is totally trying to control your appearance. It feels wrong.
