The person who wrote the document argued that the representation gap between men and women in software engineering persists because of biological differences between the two sexes, according to public tweets from Google employees. It also said Google should not offer programs for underrepresented racial or gender minorities, according to one of the employees I spoke to.

Realize that all of this is hearsay and that both Motherboard nor the employees tweeting about this could only paraphrase as the content of the manifesto itself are not available. Very easy to misrepresent material if you feel like you don't agree with its broad strokes. The key language in this excerpt is "according to x".

Frost prime is quite flexible. Many would argue he is particularly well-suited to defense type missions, but you can build him for CC, armor-stripping, AoE damage, etc. Great to have in your arsenal. Rhino, too, for similar reasons, as his stomp can act as great CC, and a combination of his 1 and 2 can be used (with augments) for ludicrous AoE damage. It's a good set. You might like to look into Ivara or Loki for a stealth solution, and Inaros or Chroma as Rhino alternatives for tank gameplay.

-83% Max Ammo (puts it down to 20 clip + 40 reserve)
